HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return of an unworn item. Please contact us by e mail or in writing within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 15 days (international returns) of purchase. Items should be in the original condition, including tags. Please request a “RTV” Return to Vendor Authorization control number. This must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned item. Please note all returns must have the postage paid.
Please send the tagged/unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address noted in the RTV notice. 
We will credit your original method of payment within 15 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges.
Please note that if you received free shipping (for orders over $100) and the refund brings you under the ‘free shipping cap’ we will  need to deduct our shipping costs off your refund. Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
 
FAULTY PRODUCTS:
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault or defect we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as we are notified as in the terms noted above.
