CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

We’re very proud of how quickly we process your orders. If items you order are in stock it will most likely be shipped the same day or the next business day. However to get orders out this quickly, it means we’re not able to make any amendments, including changing the billing/shipping address, item style/size or remove or add items from your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO FOR HOLIDAY ORDERS! PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR ORDERS MADE BETWEEN DECEMBER 25TH  AND JAN 3RD ORDERS MAY NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL 3RD JANUARY DUE TO LIMITED POSTAGE SERVICES. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDERS DURING THIS TIME.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (signature required) (WITHIN USA) – Delivery is 1-2 days within INLAND territories, or 2-4 days elsewhere within USA Islands. Please allow DEAN ALAN 1-5 business days to ship your order. Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up at your local post office. To avoid missing the delivery, perhaps have order sent to your ‘work address’.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING (signature required) – Delivery between 10-21 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, so please be patient). Please allow DEAN ALAN 1-5 business days to ship your order. If you need your order quickly, please email us for a quote for expedited shipping. Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up at your local post office. To avoid missing the delivery, perhaps have order sent to your ‘work address’.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped along with an US Post Registered Post tracking number. You will be able to track your item on the US Post website. Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up at your local post office. To avoid missing the delivery, perhaps have order sent to your ‘work address’.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING –You will receive an email from US Post letting you know that your order has shipped. BASIC tracking is available here. Basic tracking means you can check if your parcel was lodged and when it has been delivered.  Please do not contact us about your order unless it has been more than 15 business days since your order was lodged. Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up at your local post office. To avoid missing the delivery, perhaps have order sent to your ‘work address’.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

For tracking purposes a signature is required on delivery for domestic and international shipping. If no one is home during business hours your package may end up at your local post office for collection. If delivery is attempted but you are not home you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox and an ‘attempted delivery email’ giving you instructions on where to go and collect your package. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours, ie. a business address.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS OR IMPORT TAXES?

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. DEAN ALAN  will declare FULL $ value on international shipments and will include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately DEAN ALAN  CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PAYPAL and credit card payments with eWAY. Please note that you can pay with your credit card using PAYPAL even if you do not have a PAYPAL balance.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return/exchange of an unworn item within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) of purchase. Items should be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and including tags.

Please note that we do NOT offer refunds for the following items:

Full priced items that have been purchased with a promotional discount code ARE returnable/refundable.

HOW DO I KNOW MY RETURN HAS ARRIVED/ IS BEING PROCESSED?

As soon as we receive your returned order we will contact you via email and let you know that your return/ refund is being processed. We will then refund you the total amount minus any shipping costs via your original method of payment (Paypal).

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM SAYS OUT OF STOCK?

If an item says out of stock it means it is temporarily out of stock and might be back in stock soon. We update all our item’s availability daily so please check back regularly as something might be back in stock within a few weeks or even days. If you cannot find the item you are looking for on our website it is most probably completely out of stock which means it is unavailable and will not be re-stocked. You can also browse our list of stockists and see if you can find the unavailable item there.
